    Default fireplace name & style

On a past broadcast of the show a very large fireplace was featured to be reconstructed. It was disallowed after testing due to local regulations having to do with temperatures it caused to adjacent materials and it's style had to be abandoned and reconfigured. What was the name, picture, and/or style of that grand and beautiful fireplace?

Could it have been a rumford fireplace?

i think if i remember correctly it was just a big old walk in fireplace with the wood mantel way to close to the fire. it was converted to a rumford fire box so that it will contribute atleast a little heat. those giant old walk in cooking fireplaces sucked out way more heat than they made but yes they do look cool and you can have a huge fire in them
