    Question Tile or Laminated Flooring?

Downstairs I have a laundry room/bathroom that has a concrete floor. I am trying to decide whether to put down tile or laminated flooring like I have in the rest of the basement. Any suggestions as to which would last longer and hold up better if there were and plumbing problems?

Without a doubt, ceramic tile will last a lifetime.

Down here in flood country, We've had tiled floors over ceement which get flooded regularly. We just pick up the dead fish and clean the tiles.
