    Default groaning pipes

When we are showering and running sprinklers or an appliance our pipes groan and seem to vibrate. What does this mean and how would one fix it?

Usually it means poor or insufficient fastening of the pipes.
To fix this condition, fasten the pipes to the framing. Sometimes it's just impossible to do because the pipes are in the walls, but if your pipes are in the attic or if they are accessible, then it could be done with relative ease. Call your plumber.

Your pipes could be loose or possibly not vented good. Check with your plumber.

    Good Luck
