We have a cement base under our wooden floor boards. It is about a foot high, so it is difficult to get under. I need ideas on how to insulate the floors, that seem to be colder in the winter than the dirt base floors. I was told blown in insulation wouldn't work due to moisture where it would hit the cement. The floor is plywood with a nice wood floor layed over and we would like to keep that look rather than carpeting over the floor. Any ideas?
