Question Proper putty for ABS trim

I am fixing up a large tool shed in my backyard. I added some trim using 1x4 PVC plastic attached with 6 penny galvenized finish nails. This is the first time I have used plastic trim, and my question is, after I set the nails, what sort of putty should I use to fill the holes? Will Plastic Wood brand filler work, or is there something to use with the plastic?

There is putty for outdoor purposes, sold at HD too. Or you can use just a dab of exterior caulking.

The common pre-mixed vinyl spackling compound is rated "interior/exterior". It will work fine.
