    Default Solar driveway pier lights

We had two piers built at the end of our driveway and we had the PVC stubbed from underneath for the wiring. I was just wondering if there were and good solar pier lights tht we could use instead of hard wired lights. I know we won't have switching capabilities and I'm also sure that any solar pier lights out there are garbage but we were just taking a shot. thanks

Solar lights are not exactly "garbage", but if you are looking for something more durable to last more than 4-5 years, then go wired.

Anything you find at a warehouse store or DIY'r supply will be absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor and go to a landscaping supplier. I have two different irrigation suppliers here that also have lighting. You're going to pay a little bit more, but it is well worth the investment.
