    Default Pavers over concrete walkway?

I have an unsightly concrete walkway in my backyard, but it is in good condition and only one part (about 3 feet wide by 1 foot long) is cracked and slanted. The ground now is at least 1 inch higher than the walkway. Can I put brick pavers directly over the walkway? Also, any suggestions on how to do this would be welcome. The house is in Providence RI and there is no walkway distortion from roots etc (other than what is mentioned above).
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Howdy, sure you can. You might want to set them in a thin set cement so they do not move. Or at least add some sand fora a base so there is not spaces that could make the pavers wobble.
