Went to plumbing supply people and they eventually found a water recirculator for under the bathroom sink to send cold water from the hot water line back into the cold water line until the call for hot water reached 95F then it switched the flow back to the hot water valve without wasting all that cold water in the hot water line. Couldn't find the one on TOH with the exterior button and remote, but still looking. The brands I found were Laing ACT 303 BTRW Auto-circ Retro fit pump and what i thought to be an easier install, ITT, Bell & Gossett(sp)LHB 08100098/99. Around $400 and need to buy two braided lines to reconnect faucet to pump. Let me know what you find.
