    Default Regrout or "refresh" grout?

As happens, the grout seal on our tile bathroom floor hasn't done the best job, so we have some stained areas of grout.

What solution would result in the best and longest lasting repair: re-grouting? Or, using a grout "paint" to refresh the grout?

Regrout and reseal. Why put a bandaid over it?

Regrout is time consuming and you have to be very careful not to damage the tile when removing old grout.......just remember which ever way you go sealing the grout is maintenance which means it has to be done every year or two
