Default Are eHeat panels safe to use?

We have steam radiators that leave our baby's room either freezing or boiling. It's very difficult to moderate the heat in his room. I do not want to use a traditional space heater. I ran across these eHeat wall panels. Can anyone tell me if they are safe to use overnight? Of course, their web site says they are, but I'm curious what other folks have to say.

Yes, the one I had in my work shop was on 24/7 during the winter months.
