Question self adjusting and locking wrench

I have quite weak hands. My thumbs are incapable of using force. On one of the shows Tommy showed many types of wrenches. About the last wrench he showed was off set and seemed to automatically adjust to the size of the nut or pipe. The user didn't have to use their thumb to adjust or turn anything on the wrench. All the hand strength applied was used to turn the wrench, not hold the two handles together. I have searched everywhere for this type of wrench. No one has heard of it. My goal in life is to overcome my disabilities and make myself as independent as possible. A wrench like this, for example, would allow me to take a hose on and off a hose bib by myself without waiting for my husband to come home. Thanks for your time.
