    Default Hot water in yard

I have found two homes in two different towns with hot water supply lines from water heater running parllel with cold water supply from meter underground. Why would hot water be plumbed underground to front yard?????

Was the line going to a storage building, shed, detached garage, a workshop?
How long is it? are you sure that it comes from the water heater?

Hey, c'mon guys, we gophers have a life too!

Winters in Forth Worth get real cold underground so we put in hot water radiant!

The family loves it, and the missis is expecting another litter in Feb.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!
