    Default Radiator bronzing

    Hi everyone,
I have 9 very nasty looking but fully functional radiators heating my 1918 catalog home. About half of them have been painted with numerous coats of paint in colors which I find offensive The remainder have not been painted and are the original bronzy color, but are extremely dinged-up and could use some love too.

I have been reading about refinishing radiators and I want to go the route of bronzing them. I have a lot of woodwork original to the house and think this would look gorgeous. However, I am having a lot of trouble finding information on the bronzing liquids and powders that are mentioned ******. I haven't found anything with a brand name, let alone information on where to buy! Can anyone help?

    Thanks so much in advance!

    Tracy:

    The site below might work:

If it was MY house I'd see if a local auto body shop would take them to sand blast then paint---they'd come out looking like new.
