    Default Cupping of wood floor

Our daughter and son-in-law personally installed a wood floor in their living/dining room of their ranch style home built in 1993. It is in a rural part of Washington County that is in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) metro area. The home has no air conditioning and has plenty of Andersen Windows that are typically open to catch the breeze during the summer months.

    The wood pieces are cupping.

Can anything be done to correct the situation?

not really once it cups its cupped, what is the wood installed over. sounds like it was real wood instaled directly over concrete or there is a leak and water is getting underneath
fire up the saw and make some dust

To answer your question we need more info.
Like: What exactly was done, what is under the floor, did they leave gaps where the floor meets the walls.
