    Default concrete wall

I have already mounted a hose holder to concrete wall. I would like to replace it. Can I use same holes already there to mount
    new hose holder.

you should be able to provide the old fasteners came out with no issue and the new holders holes line up. just a matter of trying things out.

fastening to concrete can be a bit of a headache at times. either the fastners dont hold or the concrete crumbles as you drill it which makes a larger hole than whats needed. just a matter of some macgyver'ery to get things to stay in place at times
fire up the saw and make some dust

Yes you can, providing that the anchors are sitting tight in the wall.
