    Default moss on patio

I have a patio on north side of house. It is made of patio brick. Moss forms in the cracks. it is very unsightly. I have to scape it out by hand. I have used weed killer and moss begone, but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions? The patio is approximately 12 by 20 feet. It is a hard tedious job, digging the moss out by hand about every 3-4 months.

was landscape fabric used under the patio before it was built?
do you have decent drainage under the patio
fire up the saw and make some dust

You have a moss farm. Many people would be jealous.

You can sell the stuff. Even dried, it will still be able to spread when planted anew. Depending on the type of moss you have, it sells for about $4 per square foot plus shipping. Websites such as moss acres dot com may change your mind. You can also sell it through local nurseries.

While it will power wash away, eash time you clean your bricks off you are wasting $960.

You can cover the patio with trays to grow the moss on and pretty much ignore the trays. When the moss has covered the trays, shove them in envelopes and laugh your way to the bank.
