    Thanks guys. The power company is supposed to be coming out for something soon. I'll see if I can ask them about it. Thanks for all of the help.

    Jam some more twins in there. I doubt your anywhere near max capacity. If its a QO panel it obviously has been upgraded at some point. No other appliances are electric besides the dryer there is no need to upgrade. Sub panel is overkill. For the price of the sub and wire you can replace the main panel with a 30 ckt panel.
