    Default Vent pipe

I have a vent pipe underneath my sink. Something went wrong and I had to cap it off to stop water from shooting from it. Now, my question is this- can I run it along the bottom of the floor, to the corner and up the wall to the roof, can a vent pipe have bends in it?

Yes and no. A vent can't be below the drain line or it will fill with waste water and be ineffectual. The vent pipe must go up fron the drain then it can make turns. If all else fails you might consider a Studervent http://www.ipscorp.com/studor
