    Default Door vs Pan

I have finished installing a new shower pan & shower tile. I'm ready to install a shower door. The shower pan has an approximately 3/4" lip that protrudes past the wall tile on both sides. I cannot find any do-it-yourself installation instructions that addresses this lip. Everything I've seen so far appears to assume that the wall sides are flat. I asked a Lowe's salesman and he did not know how to adjust the door frame to fit. I have not bought a door yet because I don't know if I need to have some kind of custom made jams.

Do I have a problem, or are door jams somehow adjustable to fit over/around these lips?

    Thanks,
    John

When you hit "reply" a screen pops up.

Scroll down and hit the "manage attachments" button & follow along. Once the pic is uploaded, hit "submit"
