Default Removing water stains from oak

I have what I believe are water stains in the horizontal surfaces of my oak Adirondack chairs. The chairs were new last year. They were coated with Waterlox Marine Finish at the beginning of summer and were coated a second time mid-summer. Sanding reduces the stain but it remains unacceptable. Would bleach remove the stains and, if so, what type of bleach?

No. Once a stain becomes a stain in wood you can not get it out. Bleaching will not help. You have done all you can do by sanding and if you refinish the item will have to be satisfied with its look.
