    Question Faucet Seizes up

Every once in a a while my bathroom faucet will not allow itself to be turned on all the way. What I mean by that is when turning on the faucet you get it open part way than as you open it up it suddenly shuts off and then you get the water hammer big bang. It'll do this for a few days then go back to working normally then the problem will go back a week or so later.

What could be causing it to seize up like that? any help is greatly appreciated

Could be a fluttering washer. Have you pulled the faucet apart yet?

Not yet. Was going to do it this week unless anyone has any better ideas.
