We live in a 1977 ranch style, single story home. Our master bath consists of the toilet and the shower. There is a light/exhaust fan combo, so whenever we use the shower the fan is running. There is a window, too. The condensation in the room is overwhelming - it doesn't matter if we have the door and window open and the fan on, the condensation is running down the walls and dripping off the light fixture. The only time this doesn't happen is when the sun has been up for a few hours and the temperature outside is over 70F. From the ceiling to about 3 feet down on the walls looks permanently wet and the paint always feels sticky. We are desperate to fix this before any more damage is done: what can we do to solve this condensation problem?
