Tilted Concrete Slab in Walkway
This is regarding the sidewalk to my friend's front door. There is a 6ft section of solid concrete that is severely tilted, possibly from heaving or encroaching roots. The section is in one piece and has no cracks. They are looking to sell the house and want to correct thisto up the curb appeal. Is there any way to repair this section? They were hoping there was a way to free the section, lift it, correct the base and re-set the concrete. Is this at all possible? (They'd rather not replace it due to the inevitable color variations between the old and new sections.)
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
