Default Gas supply line fittings [Brass]

Should I use Teflon Tape on my Gas dryer supply line brass fittings?

Only if it's rated for gas -- there is a difference. Teflon tape should only be used on threaded fittings; sealant of any kind should not be used on flare or compression fittings which depend on full metal-to-metal contact to make a seal.
