    Default Cold Room

Our living room is located the greatest distance from our central heating unit. The unit is in the attic above the master bedroom. The living room is always very cold. Our house is well insulated with 6 inch exterior walls. The room is approximately 17 x 22. Is there a way to increase the air flow into this room? We are tired of being cold.

The Main trunk that comes off your furnace will have takeoffs that the supply runs connect to, there is a damper inside these takeoffs that you can use to adjust the air flow. If you close them down a little in the warmer rooms you will be forcing the air to the other rooms, it may take a few tries to get it right.
