    Default cold warter line

    I had to replace the shut off valve at the water meter when that was done I turn the water back on and have water in the house except one bathroom and one outside tap I have water at the sink but not at the tub or toilet

    With info provided...I'm guessing that a bunch of gunk came loose from the interior of the water lines when the water was turned off and then back on. Pretty darn common occurance.

    These particles of crud probably traveled down the lines and have plugged up the water passages/orifices of the fixtures that don't work now. It doesn't take that much stuff to plug up a toilet refill valve, shower valve or a sink aerator. Disassembly and cleaning/flushing will likely get you back up and running......although you may be better off to just replace the toilet valve. Depends.

    must have been air in that part of the lines it is back running at the tub and the toilet.
