    Default Grounding

My light switch in the kitchen controls several flood lights plus a chandelier. The chandelier and one of the flood lights is not fully illuminated- gives off dim orange glow. Someone told me that it's the grounding. Also, I hear a buzzing sound at the dimming plate/switch. How do I fix the problem?

You have a poor connection on the hot or the neutral line to those fixtures or a high resistant ground fault. Re check the connections and look for cut or bare wires.
