Default Antique Copper Slipper Tub no drain to match

I bought a house that came with an antique copper double slipper tub - it was great until the lead solder around the original drain cracked and the dining room underneath flooded. No where have I been able to find a 2-3/4" drain that flush mounts to the tub. Any suggestions? Need Help! Tub has been out of commission for 4 months - I attached a photo of the drain hole (less drain).

You might try shower drains like http://www.plumbingsupply.com/showerdrains.html

Hit the webiste - this is actually a pretty brilliant idea. Only issue is the need for a stopper/plug - I guess I can custom fab a shower plate to fit one. Thanks Jack.
