    Default Tombstone Doors

We have recently purchased a Victorian worker's cottage and want to begin returning it to some of its former charm. I would like to add a tombstone door and am having a hard time finding one at a reasonable price and would like advice on where to source such an item. I am in Toronto, so a Canadian source would be appreciated (although for the right price upstate NY is a possibility). Thank you.

Specialty or customer doors are always expensive. I would suggest you check with some salvage companies or consider finding a local woodworker to make you one. Regardless which way you go it will not be cheap.

I know this was an old thread but in case you get an email that it was updated, I found this place in Ontario. I'm sure they're very expensive, but if you plan on painting the door it might not be too bad.
