Default Hole in foundation wall found

I found a hole in the foundation wall about the size of a quarter that's allowing water to seep through. It's where the old oil line pipe came into the basement. This hole is about 2' below ground level. What's the best way to fix this leaky problem?

lovely more spammers.... good to see the mods fixed that......

anyhow, there is two ways, either you can plug it with hydraulic cement or pump the hole full of exterior masons caulking... if this doesnt work you should consult someone like permacrete who will fill the hole with a two part epoxy specially designed for such applications
fire up the saw and make some dust
