Question Is this traditional Mediterranean or over board? Should I change them or keep them?

We are planning on buying this Mediterranean home but it seems to be over done with fancy columns as we can't find any homes with all these designs. It was built in the 1920s.

Can someone tell me if this is traditional and close to what 1920s Mediterranean would be? Or where did it come from? Should we change them?

Plus is this a style that would be hard to sell in the future?

    Thank you
