Default Tool Used on part 5 of Weston construction

The construction crew used a tool on part 5 to pull together the panels on the Weston house. It looked like sort of a wench thing,
    What was it?

Besides the Come-Along,there was another tool used to pull panels together on the Weston project and was also described on a recent episode of Ask TOH. It was a ratcheting turnbuckle with a claw at each end.The credits at the end of the Ask TOH show that described the tool listed "Wood Ratchet". Googling Wood Ratchet may help provide more info.
