    Default Argh! Kitchen Annoyance!

I have an old farm style sink in my kitchen that has the following faucet:.

The spigot nut keeps loosening up and as you can see

it getting chewed up from past owners doing the same tightening of the nut.

If it's too tight the spigot is hard to move and pulls hard against the wall mounts.

Is there a way to cure this problem? Or do I have to install a new faucet??

You may have the wrong O rings in the spout. You can try putting some faucet grease on them it may help.
