Question Window Half In/Half Out of Shower

I have an old house where all the windows were centered on the wall including my 6x9 only bathroom. It is 39"Hx26"W and juts 10" into the shower enclosure. I am going to remodel and want to fix the issue so I can put glass doors on the tub. Is it important to have a window in a tiny bathroom? I'd like to close it in but I'm afraid it would devalue the house, besides the exterior of the house is stone so it may be difficult. Ideas?

Great idea to have a window in bath for sunlight- which stops fungus growth and air movement if it openable. If no window install exhaust fan an use it often to expel all the moisture.

Since it will be difficult to modify the exterior of the house, what about reconfiguring the bathroom layout?
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!
