    Default Water well

My Water well is thirty years old. It has the original pump on it. My water pressure has been dropping slowly over the past few years. My question is if the bladder storage tank is defective would a bigger one help with this problem. I .did put a new one in about fifteen years ago. Any other suggestions?

The only things a bigger bladder tank will provide is an increase in the time between run times of the pump and the amount of reserve water you have if the pump is not running.

Decreased pressure could be due mineral build up in the lines, degraded pressure switch, or a worn pump.
