    Default wood floors

    does it matter what side of the floor i nail down ? tongue or groove. videos show both whats the dif.

    It's easier to nail the tongue than the groove.
    I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!

    most staplers are designed for the tongue to be shot down . there is the odd time you will need to shoot through the groove but rarely
    fire up the saw and make some dust

    Depends on the type of nails used whether you can pry much at all. The tongue and groove need to stay tight. I like the grove showing in my direction.The tongue is easier to start into the grove.
