    The drain doesn't have to go into the sewer system. You can send the water to a dry well or a dry creek if you have the space. Both take a lot of planning and digging though.

    Sounds like you need a grout saw (hand tool). I am using one to sc**** out the old grout around my bath tub tile. You'll find them in the tile section of Home Depot/Lowe's or at a hardware store.

    Why do you want to get rid of the chipmunks? Do they cause damage? I have them in my yard and they don't seem to be a problem. Maybe they're doing something I don't know about!
