    Mr.Jay, Howdy.
    No this cutter doesnt have any valve for the water. I fill up the bottom of the case that the cutter is in and when you turn it on the I guess swirlling of blade brings up some water....

    Thank you for the advice. Looks like I need a new water inlet valve with solinoid.
    If Im able to fix this myself, Ill be so happy. Used to barely know how to unscrew a bolt...thanks.
