    Buying replacement batteries for many electronics isn't worth the money these days. By the time you've lost the charge on your existing battery the device is obsolete.

    You could maybe go the cheap route and use a worn out garden hose? Just cut a few lengths and slip them on the end of the tool. Or wrap the pipe with a rag.
