    customer satisfaction does not exist with this company.
    a rep came to the house,took samples with a dry cloth,also
    I gave him a full gallon of paint.
    he called me and said no action will be taken...

    heat and return vents

    this is a ranch style house.full basement.
    what is the proper placement for the return vents?

    fresh air enters the house thru the return duct located on the furnace .it is filtered before entering the house.the fresh air exchanger also has it own filter.

    I am not sure what a heat vent is?


    I use a bagless vacuum machine.after the dust,or debris is collected,there are 3 filters the air passes thru before leaving the machine.

    I have not yet found a screw bit that fits a general purpose
    screw.#1 bit is too small.#2 bit slips most of the time.
    deck screws(along with the proper bit)work best,but still
