    also look into combi style boilers basically a boiler that runs heating zones on one side and a tankless exchanger with buffer tank built in on the other side.

    you need to consult a local plumbing heating contractor.. i will tell you though tankless is a bad option for domestic and radiant.. i'd say a mod con bolier with a indirect tank with air handler..
