New Bathroom insulation
I am in the process of adding a new bathroom in my basement.
One wall is against the foundation (separated by a 2x4 wall)
The other three are interior walls which are shared by a finished
unheated basement(heated only by the boiler room).
I was wondering if the insulation I am installing in the three interior walls should have a vapor barrier and if so would a Kraft faced insulation be the one to use - facing toward the bathroom???
Also the ceiling is already insulated with the Kraft paper facing up towards the next floor - the heated living area. Is this okay or should I remove the paper VB on this insulation and face it toward the bathhroom????
