I just saw your last post in that "sizing service for a small shop" thread. I hope I wasnt coming off as condescending in suggesting a sub wasnt the best approach, If I did I apologize, it wasnt my intention. I just have a different opinion.
Many thanks for your advice about urethaning old pine flooring. I wish I could try it out right away, but the floor is in the house that we've inherited in Michigan, and we go there only once a year. I appreciate your advice.

Thanks so much for the advice. It took me a while to figure how to message you. what you said makes sense. I think I might have an opening on the exterior wall,probably the joinst on the brick. I thinks my walls are drywall (are those sheetrocks?) i could have plaster on some ither parts of the house.
